For reservations of less than 5 nights there is a cleaning charge of $80.00 (£55.00).
We regret that pets are not permitted.
We request that cigarette smoking be confined to the pool deck or outside areas.
Damages to the homes will be the responsibility of the guests.
Deposit: $250.00 (£170.00) per week. Reservation deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
The reservation deposit is held as a security deposit in case of damages and is refundable 10 days after departure assuring there are no damages.
This deposit should be made by personal cheque.
All rental payments must be received in full 45 days prior to arrival.
If the payment is not received 45 days prior to the arrival date it will be considered a cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited.
11% State tax applies to all rentals in Lake County, (included in price).
Cancellation within 24 hours or no shows are subject to full payment of rental, deposit is refundable. 30 days or less from arrival date: Full payment of rental payment will be required. 31-46 days from arrival date: Full forfeiture of deposit. 46 days or more are fully refundable with a $25.00 (£17.00) processing fee.
Please be advised, some unforeseen situations can arise that may make a home unavailable at the time of your arrival. This is very rare but, if an unforeseen situation should occur the management company will ensure that you can be accommodated in a similar home.
Our homes are 'Self Catering'. They are fully equipped and furnished. However you will need to provide food and other consumables that you require.
